| | Ran outside by myself with my Nike I pod thing to determine my pace before the big run with the girls on Sat. figure I was averaging around 10.5 min/mile so I should be able to push myself and keep up. So excited |

| | Ran outside this morning with Nedra, Amanda, and Lyndee. We averaged a 10 min/mile and felt great when we were done |

| | Ran around Avalon with Taylor and out to Olio. Knee is killing me since after the run on Saturday. cant do steps or kneel down. Going to keep running this week if I can and have it looked at next week. I think I need new shoes |

| | Joined the YMCA today and ran a little after warming up in the Insanity class with Kellie. Knee is even worse today so I am going to take it easy till I have it looked at. |

| | Went to the Ortho Dr. and he says that my knee cap is running on the wrong track and irritating my knee and causing swelling and also my Plica is weak and rubbing into the cartilage on the medial part of my knee cap causing swelling and breakdown. He injected it with a steroid and said that I can still run and work out as long as I do faithful PT to strengthen my ligaments. |

| | Ran outside with Nedra. It was a good 4 miles it was just so humid and a little rainy. Knee felt better then it has in days and it felt good to run again and easier with a friend. |

| | Tried to run after Zumba this morning but could only do 2.5 on the treadmill. My legs were aching and I was exhausted. Went home and slept for 4 hours. Guess I might be over doing it a bit |

| | Ran two miles before turbo kick with Julie who was angry and gave us a hard class, then later in the evening ran a mile and walked a mile with husband. |

| | Ran 6 outside with Amanda. Had my knee taped at PT this morning and it helped keep my knee cap on track and felt much better! Also got new shoes this morning! |

A quick run this morning with Nedra. Ran without the Nike I pod and it was nice not to worry about pace or time. The run was good and the sun felt great this morning...I love starting my day out like this. Thanks Nedra Went to Ab lab and Turbo kick by Tiffany at the Y tonight |

Ran outside by myself in the evening after work so I thought that 3.75 was an accomplishment! speed it up for 2.5 miles at about a 8.5 min/mile then back to my average 10min/mile. felt good when I was done |

| | ran 3 on the treadmill this morning. almost 2 weeks since my last run. Out of town and then really sick again. Nice to run again but sad that it has been so long and that I still cant breath well. ran 1.5miles at a 9 pace then last 1.5 at at 8.6 pace. so tired but glad to accomplish it |
