ran 3 on the treadmill this morning. almost 2 weeks since my last run. Out of town and then really sick again. Nice to run again but sad that it has been so long and that I still cant breath well. ran 1.5miles at a 9 pace then last 1.5 at at 8.6 pace. so tired but glad to accomplish it
